For quite some time I have been wanting to experiment with the BANS (Build a Niche Store) package. I have seen it mentioned several times online and so a couple of weeks ago I thought i’d invest the $97 dollars that BANS charges for the download. I must say that thus far I have made zero dollars via the eBay affiliate program. I am not really sure why that is considering i’ve had 200+ clicks (they require a successful bid to pay-out which could explain it).
After implementing BANS, my adsense earnings have improved some, but I think that has to do with the fact that I now have a very targeted site compared to what I was running before–amazing how that boosts your CTR.
I have only been running it for about 2 weeks so only time will tell whether this BANS package is worth it. I will keep you updated as I learn new things with BANS and have time to analyze the results. Anyway, I thought I’d let you take a quick look at what I’ve done. You can view the BANS-run website here. Any experienced BANS users, if you have any suggestions–please let me know as I’d like to try some new ideas.

The thing about BANS is that it is a great program if you know how to implement it properly… One of the possible reasons you may not have made any commission is because the products being sold are very expensive… thus.. not many potential buyers… if you venture into an area that is more fit for everyday consumers… such as shoes, videogames, etc.. then you will make sales…
hope that helps.
